Delete your fitcheck.me account

What gets deleted

Your checks, closet, boards you host, your fits and comments on other people's boards, your style profile, your usage data, and your account record. Your signed-in phones are signed out and their records, including the phone model, are deleted. It can't be undone.

In the app

  1. Open the You tab.
  2. Tap Delete account.
  3. Confirm it's you with your password, Google or Apple.
  4. Confirm the deletion.

Deleting the app from your phone does not delete your account.

On the website

  1. Sign in at fitcheck.me.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Choose Delete account and confirm it's you.

Checks made without an account

Open the check and choose "Delete this check". That removes the photo, its analysis, generated images, the share link and any copy on a board within seconds. Checks made without an account are also deleted automatically after 90 days, unless you save it to an account or add it to a board.

After you delete

  • Deleted data may persist in backups for up to 30 days, then it's gone.
  • If you signed in with Apple, we also revoke fitcheck.me's access to your Apple ID.
  • We keep your email on our unsubscribe list, so we keep honoring it.
  • We keep reports, moderation records, and admin audit logs as long as needed for safety and to show we handled reports properly.
  • We keep security and server logs, including IP addresses, for a short period for security and debugging.

Can't sign in?

Email support@fitcheck.me from the address on your account and we'll help you delete it. More in our Privacy Policy and on Contact and support.
